Public Consultation: Trilateral mFRR capacity market between Denmark, Finland and Sweden

The Nordic TSOs are hereby sending methodologies for a trilateral mFRR capacity market between Denmark, Finland and Sweden in public consultation.

 

The consultation material consists of:

1. Explanatory document to proposal for methodologies referring to EBGL article 33 and 38 – trilateral mFRR CM
2. Methodology on the common and harmonized rules and processes for the exchange and procurement of mFRR balancing capacity referring to EBGL article 33
3. Methodology on the application of the market-based allocation process of cross-zonal capacity for the exchange of mFRR balancing capacity referring to EBGL article 38
