13 December the Danish Utility Regulator, Finnish Energy Authority and Swedish Energy Market Inspectorate informed that they will initiate enforcement procedures against Energinet, Fingrid, and Svenska kraftnät for non-compliance with ACER decision 22/2020 on the establishment of a Nordic aFRR capacity market.
The next step for TSOs and NRAs is to continue discussions and cooperation to get a common understanding of the way forward.
